A nice budget friendly hotel. Location is a bit odd, as there is no entrance off the main road. Small thing, whatever. Staff were all super friendly, from check in to the lady that takes care of the breakfast, everyone was really great. Rooms were clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice, fairly new surround, so I believe it was renovated recently. Breakfast was good too, eggs sausages, cereal and a waffle station.
Great service from Ashley supervisor.sge was excellent with her professionalism ,great attitude,very compassionate. Always willing to go the extra mile. The only complain I had was the TV never worked,and the pillows could have been bigger n more comfortable.a microwave might have been handy too.but over all amazing service from Ashley!! The other staff were very polite n very sweet.thank you will Recommend !!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came here after a terrible experience at a different hotel and this hotel was like a breath of fresh air !. Very welcoming, rooms were clean , When we got up next morning , all staff were so great and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everything was hot and great variety! Will stay here again
My Grandma lives out of town and often stays here when she has medical appointments in the city. This past week she came in for some routine check ups and unfortunately experienced a medical emergency. The staff at Quality in have gone above and beyond to help her. They called an ambulance twice when she needed, held her things and her room for days after her check out and showed deep concern and compassion when I called to update them. I am so grateful for the employees at the west harvest quality inn.

It's a little bit confusing when using a GPS to find access to the hotel. I had to go around the block a couple of times to figure it out. There is a little bit of road noise first thing in the morning as there is a busy road nearby. The staff are friendly and the service was great. It's one of the best all included breakfasts that I have had. There is a very convenient Smitty's restaurant attached which was very good and prices reasonable
